Ethhar was born from different experiences involving both music and Alzheimer's. It is from these two concepts that we begin to study the relationship between music and multiple neurodegenerative diseases. The combination of years of work with music, research on how the brain and music work, exchanges at the academic level, and dozens of trial and error trials, made possible the development of a methodology to make lists of songs (personalized playlists) based on the history and experiences of the listeners, in order to generate well-being from the autobiographical memories that these songs evoke.Along the way, and based on the data obtained, numerous personalized playlists were made for different types of patients, some previously diagnosed with neurodegenerative diseases and others without any prior diagnosis. The results obtained in both cases were highly positive.
