The analytic analysis of intervention research is essential to support the therapeutic intervention mechanism in singing therapy for Parkinson’s disease (PD). This review is to research therapeutic music components and strategies of singing therapy for Parkinson’s disease. This research was conducted of articles in the databases CINAHL, CENTRAL, and PubMed. It was used as search strategy combinations with “Parkinson”; “Music”; “Therapy”; “Singing” based on MeSH. Inclusion criteria were English articles in the years 1990-2020 and intervention studies. During the searches were found 727 articles, of which only 20 of them met the inclusion criteria in the study. The results were presented the objective of therapy, the types of PD, the types of musical activity, the method of data collection, the types of singing, the therapeutic music components, and strategies. This review was researched the therapeutic motor and emotional inter-connectivity of processing for singing intervention in PD, according to descriptive integration.
