    Note that if you are a selected speaker, you must either attend the live conference in Bengaluru or register for the online conference. Please read and follow the instructions below to submit your abstract online.

    Abstract Submission Instruction

    All late-breaking abstracts should be submitted online through our abstract submission platform. All submissions are due on or before January 10, 2026 23:59 IST (India Standard Time). Proposals will include (1) name of author(s), (2) affiliation and city, and (3) a max 250 word abstract.

    • Step 2 Submit your abstract

    Once you set up an account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check your email to activate your account. After activating your account, please click the link below to fill out the submission form.

      • Please fill in the full name of the authors. When there are multiple authors, please indicate the main presenter. Fill in your affiliation, city, and country.
      • When you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button. Please note that after you submit your abstract, you can no longer edit it.
    • Step 3 Confirmation of submission

    After submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. (The confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please also check there.)

    General Information on Abstract Submission
    • Length for abstracts: Max. 250 words
    • All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.
    • Please submit abstracts on the above-mentioned and related topics.
    • Abstract should include important information including background, aim, method, results, and conclusion, as applicable.
    Abstract Review and Selection
    • All abstracts will be blinded for review.
    • Abstracts will be reviewed and rated by a team of reviewers from the Scientific Committee of the Conference.
    • Authors will be informed via email of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by March 1st, 2026.
    • All authors who are selected to present need to register for the conference.

    Call for Special Interest Groups

    We are currently seeking individuals to propose topics for Special Interest Groups (SIGs) which would convene at the 2026 IAMM International Conference at Christ University in Bangalore, India and online. SIGs are encouraged to continue their work throughout the year. Leaders' responsibilities include the following:

    • Solicit participation of approximately 10 topic experts in multiple disciplines, ideally from multiple continents
    • Communicate with the team of experts in advance of the conference, with the intention of drafting any of the following outcomes:
      • Research – collaborative research proposal
      • Theory – white paper on the topic
      • Clinical practice – clinical guidelines or best practices
    • Facilitate a session on the topic at the 2026 conference

    Conference attendees will also be able to participate in SIG discussions. After the conference, one of the three outcomes will be produced by SIG members and designated others.

    You will be notified by the SIG review committee by March 1st, 2026.

    Call for Experiential Offerings

    If you would like to propose a workshop, committee meeting, special symposia, round table discussion, or other experiential offering, click here to submit your proposal. You are free to choose whatever format, presentation times, etc that seems appropriate for your purpose. Please include the title and brief description of the content, speakers, estimated duration, target audience, and, if needed, any special requirements or logistics. If accepted, this will be part of the pre-conference program.
